We loved seeing Lauren and Jeremiah’s wedding featured on Southern Weddings last month so much that we had to share it again! A special thank you to Perry Vail for capturing and sharing these images with us (and for the feature itself!).
Lauren has such a kind heart and effortless beauty about her that makes it easy to see why Jeremiah is so in love with his bride! It was important to both of them that their marriage remain the center focus of their celebration and not be overshadowed by the glitz and grandeur that sometimes can take center stage on a wedding day. They intentionally chose a few simple, beautiful details that were meaningful to them and reflected their personal style. One of our favorite details was the lily of the valley bouquet Jeremiah sent to Lauren’s bridal suite! It was her favorite childhood flower and seamlessly matched their color scheme of greens and white.
Throughout the day, the weather was sunny and breezy and shaping up to be a perfect summer day for a wedding on the lawn. But as it sometimes goes with a North Carolina summer day, the weather changed in an instant and just as Lauren walked down the aisle it began to pour. The wedding party and guests dashed inside and the couple completed their ceremony in front of our favorite blue doors!
Thank you to an excellent team of vendors who assisted in creating the perfect wedding day for Lauren + Jeremiah!
